Open a medical file free of charge at any private healthcare facility.
View the list of healthcare service prices.
Receive a written prescription with the generic name if the facility uses an electronic system.
Obtain a free medical report.
Receive estimated treatment costs in advance and a detailed Arabic invoice post-service.
Freedom to choose a pharmacy, hospital, or lab without obligation.
Privacy and dignity protection, except when medically necessary.
Be informed of your diagnosis, treatment plan, delays, complications, or side effects.
Receive emergency care based on medical priority, regardless of financial capability.
No photography without your consent and only for scientific purposes.
Get a discharge report for follow-up or second opinion without affecting your treatment continuity.
Free follow-up visit within 14 days of the initial consultation in private facilities.

Provide valid personal identification.
Give accurate personal, health, and medical history details.
Inform healthcare providers of prior surgeries or other facility visits and share relevant reports.
Report any changes in health condition.
Inform your doctor if you don’t understand the treatment plan or procedures.
Follow the prescribed treatment plan. Otherwise, the patient or legal guardian bears the responsibility.
Comply with referrals to other doctors or centers as advised.
Do not take any non-prescribed medication.
Do not eat or drink after treatment without medical consultation.

Use facilities and equipment properly and safely.

Abide by health and safety policies.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the facility.
